Key responsibilities include identifying and reporting defects, implementing corrective actions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Develop and Implement Quality Systems : Create and maintain quality standards, policies, procedures, and inspection workflows. Quality Assurance : Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, procedures, and standards for products or services. Testing and Inspection : Conduct routine tests, inspections, and audits to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements. Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement. Process Improvement : Identify and implement corrective actions for defects or deviations, working to improve production processes and overall product quality. Compliance : Ensure products and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Collaboration : Work with various teams, including product development and production, to establish quality requirements and resolve quality-related issues. Documentation : Maintain accurate records, logs, inspection reports, and other quality documentation for traceability and accountability.
