Lead Quality Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Lead QA / QC Engineer to oversee and strengthen the Quality Assurance & Quality Control function across our Contracting & Industries Group. The role ensures compliance with international quality standards, drives IMS audits, and enhances organizational processes to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Integrated Management System (IMS), including policies, manuals, procedures, plans, and forms.
• Lead IMS internal audits across business units and projects; coordinate external audits with certification bodies.
• Develop and re-engineer processes across departments to align with international standards.
• Ensure BU activities comply with approved IMS documents.
• Track certifications, manage renewals, and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Conduct site visits to assess quality controls across factories and project sites (Fitout, Joinery, Steel, Stones, MEP, Landscape, etc.).
• Support process owners in updating / revising procedures and risk registers.
• Review and close audit findings in collaboration with business units.
• Coordinate with Document Control teams to ensure accurate documentation updates on the IMS portal.
