Job Purpose
The Senior Business Psychologist will play a strategic role in identifying, developing, and sustaining high‑potential talent across all levels of the organization—from university entrants and early‑career professionals to senior leaders. By applying advanced psychological and organizational principles, the role will enhance leadership capability, team cohesion, and organizational culture. The position contributes directly to mission readiness and long‑term organizational excellence through data‑driven assessment, talent development, and culture transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead talent identification initiatives across all career stages, including graduate programs, emerging leaders, and senior executives, using validated psychometric and behavioral assessment tools.
- Design and implement frameworks for identifying and nurturing high‑potential individuals to support succession planning and leadership pipelines.
- Conduct comprehensive psychometric assessments for recruitment, selection, and leadership development within structured competency frameworks.
- Evaluate personality, motivation, cognitive, and emotional intelligence profiles to inform evidence‑based talent decisions.
- Develop and deliver assessment and development centers for graduate entry, mid‑level, and senior leadership programs.
- Provide strategic consultation on psychological resilience, adaptive leadership, and optimizing performance under pressure.
Qualifications & Certifications
Master’s or Doctorate in Organizational, Business, or Occupational Psychology.Minimum 12 years of professional experience in psychology, talent management, or organizational development, preferably within consulting, governmental, or high‑performance environments.Certified by the British Psychological Society (BPS).Accreditation in 3–4 psychometric instruments (e.g., OPQ, Hogan, SHL, Thomas, MBTI, Saville, 16PF, EQ‑i).Proven expertise in high‑potential identification, leadership assessment, and culture transformation.Experience designing and delivering graduate, early‑career, and leadership development programs.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership, command structures, and operational teams.Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is desirable.Seniority level
