Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at a cruise line in Al-Rayyan. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their journey. Your main duties will include answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with various onboard activities.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, as well as previous customer service experience. Knowledge of the cruise industry is preferred but not required. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.
