Swiss Connect Solutions is a leading hospitality management company that specializes in providing top-notch services to luxury hotels and resorts around the world. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bellboy to join a 5 stars luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar.

Position Overview :

As a Bellboy, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and exceptional service to our guests upon their arrival and departure. You will assist with luggage handling, room deliveries, and other guest requests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and entrance areas.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure
• Assist guests with luggage handling and delivery to their rooms
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services
• Respond to guest requests for information and assistance in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby and entrance areas
• Ensure all guest luggage is properly stored and accounted for
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
• Assist with valet parking and other transportation services as needed
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
