Welcome guests on arrival and extend a warm farewell on departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression. Serve as a guide, ambassador and source of information for the hotel to support the guest experience. Control lobby traffic and assist guests while acknowledging there are many intangible elements to the role. Demonstrate high levels of guest interaction, flexibility, and extensive knowledge of the hotel operation to succeed in the role. Qualifications
