Indian Concierge in Al-Rayyan We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Indian Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As our Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and activities Arrange transportation for guests as needed Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner Maintain clean and organized lobby area at all times Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance Assist with luggage handling when necessary Requirements

Must be an Indian national currently residing in Al-Rayyan or willing to relocate Minimum 1 year of experience as a Concierge or similar role Excellent communication skills in English Friendly, customer-oriented attitude Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Salary : 1800$ per month If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong knowledge of the Al-Rayyan area, we would love to have you join our team as our Indian Concierge.
