Office Assistant
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing phone calls, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position without accommodation requirements and open to candidates of all nationalities.
