Job Title : Office Assistant (English Speaking)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an English-speaking Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
- Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements
