Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budget, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
• Create schedules for staff and ensure proper staffing levels at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Requirements :

Salary : 1100$ per month

Location : Al-Khor

Accommodation : Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

This is a seasonal job with potential for long-term employment based on performance. English language skills are not required for this position. We welcome candidates without prior experience who are eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
