Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Recruitment Officer located in Doha, Qatar. The Recruitment Officer will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and posting job ads to screening candidates and coordinating interviews. This role involves identifying suitable candidates, maintaining recruitment databases, and collaborating with department heads to fulfill hiring needs. The Recruitment Officer will also develop strategies to attract top talent and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring processes
Expertise in Job Description Development
Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience working in a recruitment role, ideally in the Middle East or a multinational environment, is a plus
