Job Description
The Workflow Optimization Officer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and enhancing administrative and operational workflows across the organization to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role plays a key part in supporting management by streamlining processes, reducing redundancies, and implementing best practices in workflow management within a governmental framework.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement optimized processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of changes.
- Monitor performance and recommend continuous improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari government policies and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum 12+ years of experience in executive consulting or operational advisory roles, including At least 3 years of experience in a governmental capacity within the State of Qatar.Strong background in workflow analysis and process improvement.Bilingual proficiency (Arabic and English) is a must.
