Responsibilities
Preparation of Customer contracts and get the contracts translated and attested working along with the legal division. Maintain scan copies of attested customer contracts and update contract start and end days in Excel files. Keep Excel trackers 100 updated. Preparation of reports related to upcoming endings of contracts, costs etc. Develops and maintains a new customer listing, outlining scope of work and size of opportunity. Plans in advance a weekly call cycle based on the Customer listing. Receives and summarizes Requests for Quotations (RFQ’s) and passes these to ABA Logistics Management for planning and costing. Develops and maintains general presentations suitable for customer briefings which highlight the company and its services. Acts as the Point of Contact for all potential customer enquiries up to the point of entering a formal agreement. Maintains a close working relationship with ABA Logistics Operations Teams. Works with the ABA Logistics Operations Teams to match spare or underutilized resources with potential customers. Liaises with Group Corp Comm to ensure ABA Logistics WLL marketing and media is current and relevant. Develops strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
