Information Technology Technical Support
Responsibilities and qualifications for the role :
- Respond to end users service calls / requests in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to end user hardware equipment (PCs, Workstations, MAC, Laptop, Printers, Scanners, Photocopies, IP Telephony, Mobile Devices : Blackberry, iPhone, iPad) and software.
- Setup, configure and maintain user and functional accounts, distribution groups and handle password issues.
- Prepare reports about technical problems and general items relevant to the job and submit to superiors.
- Experience in Shavlik patching tool.
- Experience in VB-Scripting and PowerShell scripting.
- Research for new technology and solutions that can be applied in beIN Sport to improve our level of support and research the marketplace for the best IT equipment.
- Coach and train new employees within the section.
- Manage / assist in projects related to IT Client Services section.
- Provide technical support services to cover inside and outside the country.
- Contact third-party vendors for hardware / software maintenance and material requisition.
Information Technology Technical Support - Qualifications
Certification in Cisco is preferred.Minimum 5 years professional experience in IT domain, hardware, software, and troubleshooting or related fields is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
