Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team and ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming payments and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance by meticulously verifying tenant cheques.
• Process daily deposit paperwork and timely submission of financial transactions.
• Manage and reconcile bank transfer payments from tenants, with a focus on corporate accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and timely remittance of payments.
