Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team and ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming payments and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy and compliance by meticulously verifying tenant cheques.

Process daily deposit paperwork and timely submission of financial transactions.

Manage and reconcile bank transfer payments from tenants, with a focus on corporate accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and timely remittance of payments.

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or related field.

Must be a Filipino national.

Desired Skills & Experience

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Fluency in English command is a must.
