Human Resources Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing the general management of human resources. The role also involves ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

This role is an on-site position located in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• HR Operations and HR Policies skills
• Experience in handling Employee Relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the contracting or construction industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Driving license is an advantage
• Must have NOC and holding valid residence visa.
