Commercial Director

Our client, a global consultancy, is currently seeking to recruit a Commercial Director for major infrastructure projects based in the Gulf region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategy, leading and directing contracts, project controls, risk management, and other supported services. The candidate will also lead the commercial team to ensure they meet project objectives by establishing contracts and securing materials, equipment, and other related services on time and within budget, along with the production of Commercial Reports throughout the project's life cycle.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in a related discipline.
• Membership of a recognized International Professional Body.
• 15+ years of postgraduate experience in all commercial aspects of major infrastructure projects including highways, roads, bridges, tunneling, and utilities, along with management of teams.
• Fully familiar with international contracts such as FIDIC, JCT, and NEC.
• Proven working knowledge of MS Office and Project Management Software packages.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
