We are looking for a

Restaurant Supervisor

to join our team in one of our premium restaurants. The ideal candidate is passionate about leadership, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

الإشراف على عمليات المطعم اليومية وضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

قيادة وتدريب الفريق لتحقيق أعلى معايير الجودة والخدمة

التعامل باحترافية مع ملاحظات العملاء وحل المشكلات الفورية

مراقبة المخزون والطلبات اليومية

المساهمة في رفع أداء الفريق وتحفيزه

Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow

Lead and train staff to maintain top quality and service standards

Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues efficiently

Monitor inventory and daily supply needs

Motivate and support the team to achieve goals

Requirements

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كمشرف مطعم أو في منصب مشابه

مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة

إجادة اللغة العربية (أساسي) والإنجليزية (ميزة إضافية)

شخصية إيجابية ومنظمة وتحب العمل ضمن فريق

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Fluent in Arabic (required) and English (preferred)

Positive, organized, and team-oriented personality
