Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and approve NDT procedures, techniques, and inspection methods (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, ET, PAUT, TOFD, etc.).
• Qualify and certify NDT Level I and II personnel, ensuring their competence and compliance.
• Interpret codes, standards, and customer specifications for NDT requirements.
• Provide technical support and resolution for complex NDT issues.
• Approve NDT equipment, consumables, and calibration procedures.
• Ensure traceability and proper documentation of NDT activities.
• Review and approve inspection reports prepared by Level II inspectors.
• Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, and regulatory authorities for audits and inspections.
• Conduct failure analysis and advanced evaluation of welds, castings, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (ASNT, ISO 9712, EN, API, ASME, ASTM).
