STP Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate plant machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment to identify and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Follow operational instructions and adjust settings on machinery as required to maintain optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as needed.
• Document production data, including quantities produced, downtime, and any incidents or issues.
• Collaborate with the plant supervisor (foreman) to resolve operational problems and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations during all operations.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of plant operations.
• Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and efficiency measures.
