Senior Manager – Legal & Finance

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Legal & Finance. Your role is to review and negotiate major contracts, including technical contracts, aircraft purchase agreements, aircraft sale and leaseback agreements, and financing transactions. Ensure strategies align with work processes, company policies, and best practices to achieve high-quality performance in accordance with organizational and departmental standards. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of legal specialists.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Developing and implementing strategies, processes, and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure beneficial contractual relations.
• Negotiating, drafting, and implementing complex, multiparty agreements, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic alliances.
• Overseeing the contract process from receipt of requests to signature and distribution, including preparation, review, negotiation, and approval of contractual documents related to aircraft and technical contracts.
• Establishing departmental objectives and priorities aligned with business goals.
