Senior Litigation Lawyer

If you are a highly motivated and skilled Senior Litigation Lawyer with expertise in Qatari law, real estate, litigation, and legal drafting in Arabic, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities : Handle complex litigation matters and provide expert legal advice to clients in accordance with Qatari law. Conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations, ensuring their interests are well-represented. Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to develop and execute effective litigation strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction. Stay abreast of legal developments, changes in legislation, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date advice. Qualifications and Requirements : Juris Doctor ( degree or Qualifying LLB or equivalent. Admission to the bar in Qatar. Minimum of 15 years of overall legal experience, with at least 5 years of practicing law in Qatar. In-depth knowledge of Qatari law, particularly in the areas of litigation and real estate. Proven experience in legal drafting, with fluency in Arabic for drafting and communication purposes. Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Arabic is a must. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical legal practice.
