I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm for a Banking & Finance Associate to join their Doha office. This role offers the chance to work on high-value cross-border transactions while also taking ownership of your own matters, supporting a broad range of multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government entities across the Middle East and beyond. Key Responsibilities

Advise on complex banking and finance matters, including corporate lending, project finance, syndicated lending, Islamic finance, and structured finance. Draft, review, and negotiate facility agreements, security documents, and related finance documentation. Manage and run your own deals, with direct client responsibility. Support senior lawyers on large cross-border transactions, providing high-quality technical and commercial advice. Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and jurisdictions to deliver seamless service. Mentor and supervise junior team members as required. Requirements

3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in banking and finance at international firm. Strong technical skills in general lending, project finance, or Islamic finance. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to balance independent deal management with team-based collaboration. Common law qualification (UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or equivalent) strongly preferred. What’s on Offer
