Job descriptionEnsure all internal and external communications align with Rixos brand standards. Support the creation of engaging stories that promote the hotel’s products, services, and unique experiences. Assist in handling crisis communications and maintaining a positive public image. Manage translation and localization of promotional materials to ensure cultural accuracy and tone consistency. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media content that reflects brand identity and key messages. Monitor online mentions, reviews, and public sentiment to support reputation management. Assist in planning and executing digital PR campaigns and influencer collaborations. Support the organization and promotion of hotel events, press launches, and community initiatives. Ensure consistent communication before, during, and after PR and promotional events. Maintain a media database and track outreach activities. Prepare monthly PR and communication performance reports. Manage PR-related budgets, suppliers, and agency coordination as required. Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in PR & Communications or a related field.

Job Description
Public Relations & Media Relations
- Assist in developing and implementing the hotel’s annual PR and communication strategy.
- Draft, edit, and translate press releases, media kits, and feature stories in both English and Arabic.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and international media representatives.
- Coordinate and host media visits, interviews, press conferences, and familiarization (FAM) trips.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR activity and performance reports.
