PR & Communications Officer

This position is responsible for providing daily administrative support and being a contributing member of the Public Relations team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events, press conferences and community outreach initiatives. Coordinate logistics, manage invitations and provide onsite support as needed.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits and other materials.
• Update media kits, maintain media database and compile press clippings for monthly reports.
• Contribute to strategic planning sessions with ideas and research.
• Provide regular departmental status updates and circulate communications meeting notes.
• Provide administrative assistance to the PR team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing LPOs and organizing files and documents. Assist in preparing presentations, reports and other materials as needed.
• Ensure that all team members are well‑informed about company news, offers, activities and happenings.
