Apt Resources is seeking a Java Support Engineer with solid experience in application troubleshooting and L2 / L3 support. You’ll be joining a dynamic IT support team within the banking industry, responsible for maintaining Java-based systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve Java application issues.
- Monitor application performance and logs.
- Provide L2 / L3 technical support and root cause analysis.
- Assist in deployments and code-level debugging.
- Coordinate with developers and DevOps for issue resolution.
- Use tools like JIRA or ServiceNow to manage tickets.
- Maintain SOPs and support documentation.
Requirements
6 to 8 years of experience in Java development and application support.Strong understanding of Java-based systems and troubleshooting techniques.Experience with incident management and IT support workflows.Familiarity with tools like JIRA or ServiceNow for ticket tracking.Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.Experience in banking or financial environments is a plus.Benefits
