Sales Executive - Delta City Center Doha
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing freight forwarding team across the GCC region. This role is responsible for driving revenue through new client acquisition, developing strong business relationships, and promoting our Air, Sea, and Land freight services. Success in this role means consistently achieving shipment targets, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and contributing to the company’s expansion in key markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a strong client base for freight forwarding services
- Identify new business opportunities in Air, Sea, and Land freight
- Prepare and present competitive quotations to clients
- Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to ensure smooth shipments
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to secure repeat business
- Meet monthly revenue, volume, and customer acquisition targetsTrack market trends and competitor activities to support strategy
- Maintain CRM records and provide weekly sales updates
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logisticsStrong understanding of Air, Ocean, and Land freightProven experience achieving sales or revenue targetsStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to build long-term customer relationshipsProficiency in preparing quotations and coordinating with operations teamsBachelor’s degree preferred; MBA is an added advantageGCC sales experience is a plusSeniority level
