The Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles exclusively to fleet owners and operators across Qatar. This is a field-based role focused on developing the fleet market for the Nissan brand, with occasional showroom duties when needed. The Executive is accountable for achieving assigned sales targets and building strong, trustworthy relationships with all fleet clients through professional conduct and consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new fleet prospects through regular daily field visits.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly sales review meetings.
- Attend all required training and performance enhancement programs to improve product knowledge and sales capability.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports; share daily task plans during morning kick-off meetings and review with the Fleet Sales Manager before close of business.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Represent the company professionally by providing courteous, timely responses to all customer enquiries.
- Report key market intelligence — competitor updates, client insights, regulations — to support business objectives.
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and on time.
- Comply with company procedures related to sales process, registration, insurance, and payment.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Fleet Sales team members and relevant departments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to support upselling opportunities.
- Utilize the CRM follow-up system to keep customers informed about new models, campaigns, and fleet activities.
- Coordinate with the service department to identify fleet vehicles due for replacement.
- Join the Fleet Sales Manager on visits to key or strategic customers.
- Keep updated on market conditions relevant to fleet owners.
- Ensure thorough knowledge of company sales and credit procedures.
- Identify customer needs and buying motives effectively.
- Persuade customers by offering suitable products and value-added services.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Nissan products, specs, pricing, and upcoming availability.
- Understand competitor products and pricing to effectively handle objections.
- Prepare and submit vehicle quotations as requested; provide regular follow-ups and updates to the Fleet Sales Manager.
- Coordinate and expedite vehicle deliveries in line with Nissan standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
