Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a motivated Sales Executive in Doha, Qatar , to achieve sales targets and qualitative objectives while enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction within the showroom environment.
Responsibilities :
Achieve sales targets and qualitative objectives as per quarterly agreements.
Meet monthly KPIs set by management, including generating new leads, ensuring data quality, facilitating test drives, and minimizing lapsed opportunities.
Engage in active and proactive prospecting to identify and develop new sales opportunities within the showroom.
Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations to enhance the buying experience.
Collaborate with the CRM department to optimize customer relationship management and enhance lead generation.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the showroom environment.
Assist customers in making informed decisions by providing detailed product information and addressing inquiries.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Participate in regular sales training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, in the automotive industry and in a showroom setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and motivation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and delivering excellence.
Proficient in Arabic and English .
