Marketing Director

Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and oversee our company’s marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing, market research, and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Analytics :

Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company goals and target audiences.

Ensure brand consistency across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, print ads, etc.).

Plan and execute marketing events like product launches, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.

Manage the marketing budget by developing and allocating resources efficiently across campaigns, tracking expenditures, optimizing spending based on ROI, and providing regular reports to ensure financial goals are met within set limits.

Lead and mentor the marketing team, including external agencies, providing guidance and support as needed.
