Position Overview
The Business Development & Operations Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations and business growth of the Business Center that offers office space, sponsorship, company formation, and PRO services. The role requires a balance of strategic business development, client relationship management, and operational oversight to ensure smooth service delivery and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for office leasing, virtual offices, sponsorship, and company formation packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government authorities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to attract new clients and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to monitor competition and identify emerging opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Business Center including office allocations, maintenance, and client onboarding.
- Supervise reception and administrative staff to ensure professional service delivery.
- Handle contracts, renewals, invoicing, and follow-ups in coordination with finance and administration teams.
- Coordinate with PROs for company registration, license renewals, immigration, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and business regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for trade licenses, sponsorships, and tenancy agreements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives to increase visibility and occupancy rates.
- Prepare operational reports, performance summaries, and financial forecasts.
- Recommend process improvements and cost-saving measures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business center operations, coworking space, or corporate services.Strong understanding of company formation, sponsorship, and PRO procedures.Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Fluency in English required; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.Key Competencies
