We are looking for an experienced and efficient Secretary to join our team in Doha Qatar As a Secretary you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office You will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the office including scheduling appointments organizing meetings and maintaining office supplies Answer and direct phone calls and emails take messages and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner Schedule and coordinate appointments meetings provides administrative support to the General Manager Coordinate and maintain records files and databases both electronic and hard copy including confidential information Make travel arrangements including booking flights hotels and transportation and prepare itineraries Coordinate and provide assistance in data entry as required by the dept heads Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing mail and ensure that all mail is distributed to the appropriate departments or individuals Manage and maintain the office filing system ensuring all documents are properly labeled stored and easily accessible Support senior executives and managers with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings preparing reports and conducting research Perform other duties as assigned by the GM and Department Heads to ensure the smooth running of the office
