Description
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operation of daily office activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems and office records
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and presentations
Support management with administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements
Greet and assist visitors professionally

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications :
1-Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
2-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3-Strong written and verbal communication skills
4-Excellent time management and organizational abilities
5-Discretion and confidentiality are a must
6-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field is a plus
