Key Accountabilities Providing support to HRBP in preparing Job Advertisements and posting the same on all social media platforms Responding to comments messages of Job Advertisements Organizing CVs according to the required designation Assisting HRBP in contacting candidates via phone inperson onsite Assisting HRBP with posthiring procedures and communicating the processes and developments with the hired candidates Coordinate with the Administration department when and ever necessary to facilitate the employee Desired Skills Experience Requirements Educational Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management Studies Humanities Social Sciences Others preferred Experience Should have basic knowledge of HR processes and procedures Behavioral Competencies Excellence in communication skills Greater level of interpersonal skills Comprehensive organizational abilities Profound Attitude and well mannered Superior Professionalism Great Listening Skills
