Job Description
HR Interns will work closely with the HR team on various projects and tasks, allowing them to develop a comprehensive understanding of HR functions within a professional environment. The HR Intern will be responsible for addressing any employee-related issues and managing the social media platforms that shall align the business objectives of Madre with employees and the designated stakeholders / clients to achieve a comprehensive organizational vision and mission.
Key Accountabilities
- Providing support to HRBP in preparing Job Advertisements and posting the same on all social media platforms.
- Responding to comments / messages of Job Advertisements.
- Organizing CVs according to the required designation.
- Assisting HRBP in contacting candidates via phone, in-person & on-site.
- Assisting HRBP with post-hiring procedures and communicating the processes and developments with the hired candidates.
- Coordinate with the Administration department when and ever necessary to facilitate the employee.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Management Studies / Humanities / Social Sciences / Others preferredExperience
