Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to support our contract management operations. This role ensures accurate and efficient handling of all contract-related activities and compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
Responsibilities
Contract Administration :
- Coordinate contract reviews with internal departments (legal, finance, etc.)
- Ensure accurate execution and documentation of contracts
- Negotiate terms with vendors and suppliers
Contract Management :
Maintain a centralized and updated contract databaseTrack contract deadlines, renewals, and terminationsImprove systems and tools for better contract oversightCompliance & Risk Management :
Ensure adherence to company and legal standardsMonitor risks and conduct regular contract auditsStakeholder Collaboration :
Communicate contract terms clearly to all stakeholdersWork with cross-functional teams and external vendorsFoster positive vendor and supplier relationshipsReporting & Improvements :
Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis for managementIdentify trends and opportunities to improve contract processesDevelop and track contract KPIs and performance metricsMinimum Required Qualifications, Certificates & Skills :
Education : Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Law, or related fieldExperience : 3–4 years of experience in contract administration or a similar roleCertifications (Preferred) :
Certified Contract Manager (CCM)Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)Contract Management Professional (CMP)Key Skills :
Strong negotiation and analytical skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesExperience in managing vendor / supplier relationshipsProficiency in contract management softwareCompetency Highlights
