Key Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing Contracts, Tenders, and other legal documents; identify risks, flag issues, and propose standard revisions.
Prepare / Draft routine contractual letters and notices.
Collect and organize files for legal / arbitration proceedings; prepare initial memos and summaries for CLCO review.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic and physical filing of all department records.
Provide general support to the Department Head, including governance and compliance–related tasks.
Qualifications & Competencies
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in law.
Experience :
2-3 year in contract administration, legal support, and compliance function.
