Job descriptionMaintain a centralized and updated contract database Track contract deadlines, renewals, and terminations Improve systems and tools for better contract oversight Ensure adherence to company and legal standards Monitor risks and conduct regular contract audits Communicate contract terms clearly to all stakeholders Work with cross-functional teams and external vendors Foster positive vendor and supplier relationships Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis for management Identify trends and opportunities to improve contract processes Develop and track contract KPIs and performance metrics Education : Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Law, or related field Experience : 3–4 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role Certified Contract Manager (CCM) Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Contract Management Professional (CMP) Strong negotiation and analytical skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Experience in managing vendor / supplier relationships Proficiency in contract management software Communication & Collaboration Problem-Solving & Adaptability Strong understanding of contract administration and supply chain operations
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to support our contract management operations. This role ensures accurate and efficient handling of all contract-related activities and compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate contract reviews with internal departments (legal, finance, etc.)
- Ensure accurate execution and documentation of contracts
- Negotiate terms with vendors and suppliers
