About Us :

Our newly lounged Nordic bakery and café in Doha is celebrated for artisanal breads, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty coffee. To strengthen our core operations, we are looking for a Head Baker to lead the bakery team and ensure that our bread and savoury program consistently meets the highest standards of authenticity and quality.

Role Overview

The Head Baker will oversee daily bread production, recipe execution, and product quality, while mentoring the bakery team. The role requires a leader with strong technical expertise in artisan and Nordic-style breads, as well as the ability to manage production efficiency and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise bakery production (breads, savouries, viennoiserie).
• Maintain consistency and quality across all bakery items.
• Implement and enforce recipes, production methods, and SOPs.
• Manage ingredient sourcing, storage, and cost control.
• Schedule, train, and motivate a multicultural bakery team.
• Collaborate with the Pastry and Café teams to ensure product synergy.
• Monitor product feedback and adapt to market trends.
