Overview

Junior Baker

We are a leading bakery in Doha, seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Baker to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an Indian national with a passion for baking and a strong work ethic. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, and visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and baking of various products such as breads, pastries, and cakes
  • Ensure all products are made to high quality standards and according to recipe specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
  • Follow all safety and hygiene standards
  • Learn from senior bakers and continuously improve baking skills

Requirements

  • Indian national preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience in baking or culinary field is not required but preferred
  • Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
