Tasks

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient office operations.

Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executive staff.

Organize and execute meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical details are flawlessly handled.

Maintain and manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments and prioritizing tasks to optimize the executive team's time.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office management, business administration, or a related field.

Proven track record as an executive assistant, secretary, or office manager, preferably within the software development industry.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior executives and external partners.
