is looking for an experienced

Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator / Receiver

to join our team for upcoming Oil & Gas projects in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all PTW activities for electrical installation, maintenance, and commissioning works.

Prepare, review, and manage PTW applications with all supporting documents (RA, JSA, isolation plans, SLDs).

Ensure compliance with client HSE standards and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with client PTW authorities, operations, and safety teams for approvals and validations.

Enforce LOTO and electrical isolation procedures to ensure zero-incident operations.

Maintain PTW logs and reports on a daily / weekly / monthly basis.

Requirements

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering.

5–10 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance, Construction, or Commissioning.

Minimum 3 years as a PTW Coordinator in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sectors.

Strong knowledge of PTW systems used by Qatar Energy, QAFCO, or similar.

Excellent understanding of HSE, risk assessment, and work isolation practices.

Preferred

Valid PTW Certification from approved authority.

H2S & Basic Safety training.

Previous experience in Qatar or GCC Oil & Gas sites.
