Talent Leaders has been mandated to recruit a Senior Project Manager with 8–12 years of experience to lead and oversee large-scale strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight : Lead program strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Program Leadership : Oversee planning, implementation, and management, coordinating with key stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Technical Direction : Guide the development and maintenance of program infrastructure with a focus on security.
Stakeholder Coordination : Engage with government agencies, businesses, and partners to facilitate adoption.
Team Leadership : Manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Performance and Reporting : Set KPIs, monitor progress, and report to senior management.
Risk and Resource Management : Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee budgets and resources.
Additional Responsibilities : Perform other related duties to support overall objectives.
General Requirements
Proven experience in leading or implementing large-scale systems, preferably at a national level.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance frameworks.
Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and technical oversight.
Understanding of IT infrastructure and data security in digital transformation contexts.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
