الوصف الوظيفيOversee the overall management of a portfolio of clients, leading projects and campaigns from inception to execution. Produce cost estimates, negotiate and close agreements, and ensure seamless project delivery. Guarantee timely and successful solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives. Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet growth targets. Prepare forecasts, track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results and annual forecasts), and report on account status. Interpret and act on client needs, providing counsel on communications across all touchpoints. Supply relevant insights on consumers, markets, and competitors. Leverage knowledge of communication channels to optimize project delivery. Someone with 2-4 years of experience in advertising or marketing, ideally in account management. A professional experienced in delivering client-focused solutions. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. A team player with a "can-do" attitude, able to collaborate across client and agency teams. Skilled at partnering with creative teams to "make the sale."
