The Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the overall management of a portfolio of clients, leading projects and campaigns from inception to execution.
  • Produce cost estimates, negotiate and close agreements, and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Guarantee timely and successful solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet growth targets.
  • Prepare forecasts, track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results and annual forecasts), and report on account status.
  • Interpret and act on client needs, providing counsel on communications across all touchpoints.
  • Supply relevant insights on consumers, markets, and competitors.
  • Leverage knowledge of communication channels to optimize project delivery.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Someone with 2-4 years of experience in advertising or marketing, ideally in account management.
  • A professional experienced in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude, able to collaborate across client and agency teams.
  • Skilled at partnering with creative teams to "make the sale."
  • An English and Arabic speaker comfortable working in a global, innovative environment.
