The Responsibilities :
Oversee the overall management of a portfolio of clients, leading projects and campaigns from inception to execution.Produce cost estimates, negotiate and close agreements, and ensure seamless project delivery.Guarantee timely and successful solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet growth targets.Prepare forecasts, track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results and annual forecasts), and report on account status.Interpret and act on client needs, providing counsel on communications across all touchpoints.Supply relevant insights on consumers, markets, and competitors.Leverage knowledge of communication channels to optimize project delivery.Qualifications & Experience :
