Treasury Sales Dealer

front-end experience

FX, Derivatives, Interest Rate Products, and Commodities , specifically serving

large corporate clients . The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional with deep market knowledge and a consultative approach to client engagement. • . Provide tailored treasury solutions based on client risk profiles and market conditions. Execute trades and manage client portfolios within approved limits and compliance frameworks. Deliver market insights and product updates to clients regularly. Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Traders, and Product teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Identify and hedge client exposures in

FX and interest rates . Support the development of online treasury platforms and digital execution channels. Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Risk, Legal, BIU) to ensure product integrity and operational efficiency. Contribute to promotional campaigns and client education sessions on treasury products. Key Skills Technical : Market pricing and quoting Trade execution and settlement coordination Risk awareness and hedging strategies Regulatory compliance (Basel III, MiFID II, AML) Soft : Strong communication and negotiation skills Relationship management and client engagement Analytical thinking and commercial acumen Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments Performance Metrics Revenue generation from FX and derivative sales Client acquisition and retention (large corporates) Compliance with treasury ratios and regulatory standards Accuracy and timeliness of trade execution and reporting Educational Qualifications ACI, CFA, ACT, or FRM are added advantages. University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or related field. Master’s degree is an advantage. Experience 8–12 years

in
