الوصف الوظيفيDegree in business or sales. At least 5 years of experience in sales management. Excellent English communication skills. Strong leadership, organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong negotiation skills and understanding of customer service principles. Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required.
Overview
Sales Manager job vacancy in Doha, Qatar. We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. This position offers a salary of 1700 QAR per month and is open to foreigners.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team by setting goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
- Analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and motivate employees to meet targets.
- Develop customer relationships by organizing meetings and visits with potential clients and managing existing accounts.
- Train new sales staff and provide feedback on their performance.
