Overview

Waiter / Waitress - Umm-Salal, Qatar

We are searching for a friendly and experienced Waiter / Waitress to join our team at a restaurant in Umm-Salal, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide efficient and attentive service to our guests. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
  • Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen
  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues that may arise
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work stations
  • Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a waiter / waitress in a restaurant setting preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Customer service oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality

    • Salary and benefits

    This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Accommodation will also be provided.
