Overview
A luxury 5-star resort in Qatar is seeking an experienced and friendly Waitress / Waiter to join its F&B team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Take guest orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Provide a welcoming and professional service to guests at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer inquiries about the menu
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service
- Handle guest complaints or requests and escalate when necessary
